Adopt a Resolution in Recognition of National Small Business Week and San Anselmo’s Small Businesses and Proclaiming the Month of May as Small Business Month. The proposed project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), under the “common sense” exemption, because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment. (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 14, § 15061).
Approve the Purchase of a New Electric Riding Lawnmower.
That the Town Council authorize the Public Works Director to purchase a new Gravely Pro-Turn EV electric riding lawnmower in the amount of $28,790.00.
Adopt Ordinance Amending Amendments to the San Anselmo Municipal Code Section 10-3.607, Nonconforming uses and improvements, Section 10-4.206, Nonconforming Structures and Exceptions to standards, and add a Section 10-3.405, Minor Intrusions into Required Development Standards for Residential Properties Table 4B to allow the repair and/or replacement of foundations for legal nonconforming residential structures and find Adoption of the Ordinance and Policy Application memo is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under the “common sense” exemption CEQA Guideline section 15061(b)(3) because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that it will have a significant environmental effect. The project is also exempt from CEQA Guideline Section 15301 for minor alterations of existing residences involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that already in existence.

Update on Preparation of Objective Design and Development Standards (ODDS). The item is not subject to CEQA pursuant to Section 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because it does not constitute a “project”.

Approve resolution Amending the Town’s Master Fee Schedule and finding the action statutorily and categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Public Resources Code section 21080(b)(8) and CEQA Guidelines section 15273, because it involves approval of charges by the Town which the Town finds are for the purpose of meeting operating expenses.
That the Town Council conduct a public hearing and adopt the attached Resolution amending the Master Fee Schedule effective July 1, 2023.
Adopt a Resolution Approving the Inclusionary Housing and Commercial Nexus Studies and Direct staff to bring back an Inclusionary Housing Ordinance and Housing Impact Fee Ordinance for Consideration. The item is not subject to CEQA pursuant to Section 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because it does not constitute a “project.
Introduction and first reading of an Amendment to the San Anselmo Municipal Code adding Chapter 9 “Gate Safeguards” to Title 9 “Building Regulations”. The proposed Ordinance Amendment is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15378(b)(5) because it is not a “project’ under CEQA; CEQA Guidelines section 15061(b)(3), the “common sense exemption”, because the proposed Ordinance Amendment will not have a significant environmental effect; and CEQA Guidelines section 15307 and 15308 as an action taken by a regulatory agency to protect the environment.

The Council’s discussion of the Town's murals is not a “project” under the California Environmental Quality Act, because it does not involve an activity which has the potential to cause a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment (Cal.
Pub. Res. Code § 21065).

Receiving the presentation on the Town’s Work Plan is not a “project” under the California Environmental Quality Act, because it does not involve an activity which has the potential to cause a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. (Cal. Pub. Res. Code § 21065).
Provide input on Proposed 2023-25 Work Plan Priorities.
Consider to reappoint (1) one incumbent to the Climate Action Commission. The proposed decision is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), under the “common sense” exemption, because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant negative effect on the environment. (Cal. Code Regs. tit. 14, § 15061).
Consider to reappoint incumbent.
